Faith Community Hospital Rehabilitation and Wellness is dedicated to improving the health, well-being and overall function of the people who live in our communities. Individuals who qualify for physical therapy or occupational therapy services will receive a comprehensive evaluation and individualized plan of care. Our skilled and experienced caregivers will address functional limitations, motor weakness, pain, decreased range of motion, balance deficits and endurance issues. We can also treat patients suffering from vertigo.

At FCHS, our patients may receive:

  • Superficial and deep heat and cryotherapy

  • Electrical stimulation

  • Traction

  • Paraffin

  • Massage

  • IASTM-Deep Tissue massage/mobilization 

  • Manual therapy

We understand that if you’ve had surgery or have been in pain from an injury, you may be limited in your daily activities. Our physical therapy and occupational therapy programs are designed uniquely – one patient at a time. This means you get the exact help you need to get back to activities of daily living including bathing, grooming and dressing.

We will even get you back to work, exercise and your favorite activities – including sports! In addition, individuals will receive education and home programs to ensure successful outcomes.

Types of services provided include, but are not limited to:

●      Orthopedic – Total joint replacement, fractures, sprains/strains

●      Neurological – Stroke, balance disorders

●      Work-Related – Back/neck injury, hand trauma, carpal tunnel syndrome

●      General Illness – COPD, CHF, arthritis, general surgery

All physical therapy outpatient services are provided under the supervision of a licensed therapist. A prescription is required to receive rehabilitation services. Speak with your primary care doctor sooner than later and get back to the life you love!
