FCHS Charitable Foundation

Faith Community Health System’s Charitable Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is the development, management and distribution of gifts to assist Faith Community Hospital in providing excellence in health care for the Jack County Region and surrounding areas.

Comprised of volunteers, the FCHS Charitable Foundation has been key in helping the health system make several big projects happen, such as the Swan Family Wellness Center. Despite the focus on supporting local healthcare, the Foundation is also known for supporting other initiatives throughout the community. Through volunteerism, financial and in-kind donations, the Faith Community Charitable Foundation has worked to back various functions across the health system.
