Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation

The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department at Faith Community Hospital provides exercise programs and education for patients with heart and breathing disorders.
We offer cardiac-monitored exercise sessions using several pieces of equipment, including: treadmill, arm ergometer and Nustep recumbent stepper. We also perform cardiac stress testing, pulmonary function testing and holter monitoring. All services are provided by trained, certified technicians.
With a physician referral and qualifying diagnosis, patients can join Faith’s Cardiac Rehab program. We offer a wide variety of cardio rehab services for patients with stable angina as well as those who have undergone the following procedures:

Myocardial infarction

Moronary artery bypass surgery (CABG)

Coronary angioplasty/stenting

Heart valve repair/replacement
Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services
In Pulmonary Rehab, patients must also have a physician referral and a qualifying diagnosis, such as: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, chronic bronchitis or asthma.
