Dietary Manager: Responsible for the daily operations of the food service department. Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that the quality, safety standards, and client expectations are met. Maintains records of department personnel, income and expenditures, food, supplies, inventory levels and equipment. High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Food Protection Professional certification and Certified Dietary Manager certification required. Must have 3-5 years dietary experience; hospital experience preferred. 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
Executive Chef: Responsible for all food production including that used for restaurants, banquet functions and other outlets. Develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. Supervises staff. Develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards. Successful completion of a culinary program. Must have Food Handler Manager Certification. 1 to 3 years experience as a Chef preferred.
- Part-Time Cafe Food Services Worker
Paramedic: must have current Texas certification as a Paramedic; one year experience as Paramedic preferred.
- Emergency Medical Technician – Advance: must have current Texas certification as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician; one year of experience preferred.
